Ferrous Ascorbate + Folic Acid + Zinc is a combination of three nutritional supplements. Ferrous Ascorbate is a combination of iron and vitamin C. Iron replenishes the iron stores in your body and corrects iron deficiency anemia. Vitamin C (ascorbate) is added to enhance the absorption of iron in the body. Folic Acid is a form of vitamin B. It plays a vital role in the formation of red blood cells, which carry oxygen throughout the body.
